Happy New Year, David B. and Lisa! Yes, the fires here are a real problem. Although we've had sprinkles, we haven't had a real rain since Halloween morning. I gather that many of the fires started from discarded cigarettes or burning trash. The entire state is under a burn ban. No fires near me, but it's a concern for all.
